PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Registration

The Chemical Convention is a members-only event.

Cefic and ICCA members will receive an emailer from registration@chemicalconvention.org with their personal registration link to a selection of meetings and digital dialogues. (Please note that the statutory meetings are closed meetings for Board or Committee members).

Upon registration, each participant will receive his/her own programme confirmation via email from registration@chemicalconvention.org and will be able to check and modify their participation at all times.

Connection to a “closed” meeting

You will receive an outlook invitation coming from one of the following persons: Ann Marivoet, Dominique Herbillon or Nathalie Allard.

This outlook invitation contains the link to connect using Teams.

To use teams optimally please consult this document or watch this short video.

Connection to the digital dialogues

For the different digital dialogues, the Responsible and the In conversation with interview we use a webcast.

For each of these sessions you will receive a separate email from registration@chemicalconvention.org.

The email contains a link

  • Enter your email address
  • Click on ATTEND
  • You will instantly receive a confirmation email from Royalcast – no-reply@notification.royalcast.com
  • Click on “Accept” to ensure the webinar and the link are added in your agenda (outlook, …)

  • Click on the link in your agenda 5 to 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Enter your name and email address
